Free Shipping Policy and Disclaimer
GLM Displays may offer free shipping on select items for certain promotions. Free shipping includes standard FedEx or UPS ground in the contiguous USA only. (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S.V.I. etc. not included) Express or overnight shipping not included. Please contact us directly if you need expedited shipping or would like to ship out of the continental United States.
Shipping Quotes & Vendors
GLM Displays reserves the right to substitute shipping vendors without notification to the customer as long as the the type of service and price billed remains the same. Example: customer selects FedEx Overnight for shipping method. GLM Displays may use UPS Overnight instead.
International Shipments
GLM Displays will provide shipping estimates for international shipments but the cost is not guaranteed. Actual shipping cost will be charged to the customer. GLM Displays requires a credit card on file for all billable international shipments. Any duties, taxes or additional fees will be charged to the client. GLM Displays is not responsible for any cost variations from quotes provided by shippers. GLM Displays is not responsible for delays during transit of any kind including customs. It is highly recommended that the purchaser ships collect on their own FedEx or UPS account. It is highly recommended that the purchaser uses a broker for all freight shipments as it can greatly reduce delays through customs. It is the responsibility of the shipper to provide broker information at the time of order if they wish to use one.
Pantone Color Matching
Due to expedited production process and lower price points, some product lines offered by GLM Displays require an additional fee for Pantone Color Matching. For these products, a $41 fee is charged per color, per file, per order. In most cases, building your graphic file with the CMYK equivalent mix produces the desired color. GLM Displays also offers Hard Copy Proofs for the customer to review printed colors prior to final production.
Products that require an additional Pantone Color Matching Fee are (but not limited to); GLM Select Series, EZ Tube, EZ Extend, Outdoor Flags, RPL Pop Up, Ready Pop, Casita Tents, Table Covers, Vail SEG Frames, Lumiere Light Wall, Sky Box Hanging Banners, Tahoe Modular, Big Sky Counters and Frames, Resort Extrusions, Wall Box.
Set-Up Fees
Some products include a set-up fee which is listed on the product page. Set-up fees are a one-time charge per art file and will be added to the shopping cart during the check-out process. There is no set-up fee when referencing a previous order within two years of order placement, for the same item using exact previous artwork.
GLM Displays Warranty Policy
GLM Displays is a retail provider of various manufacturers products. GLM Displays guarantees the products sold by GLM Displays under a series of warranties issued by the original manufacturer of each item for manufacturing defects. Under the warranty policies, product believed to be a manufacturing defect will be repaired and/or replaced upon inspection of the issue. The customer is responsible for shipping the product to GLM Displays or to the original manufacturer for inspection. At the discretion of GLM Displays, if the issue is deemed a manufacturing defect, the product will be repaired and/or replaced and returned to the customer at no cost via standard ground shipping. Free replacement products cannot be sent until an assessment of the supposed defective product is made. At the discretion of GLM Displays, if the received product is deemed not to be a manufacturing defect, the customer will be notified and the product may be repaired and/or replaced at the customer's expense. Shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility for any items needing expedited shipping. Issues that are not covered under the warranties include but are not limited to:
- Mistreatment of product
- Unauthorized alteration
- Natural disasters
- Failure to follow product instruction sheets & labeling
- Incorrect use
- Theft
- Loss
- Vandalism
- Destruction
- Damages occurred while in transit
Terms & Conditions
Upon the acceptance of delivery, you agree that the package(s) have arrived without any visible shipping damage. If shipping damage is noted, sign for the delivery as damaged and contact GLM Displays immediately. Failure to sign for the package(s) as damaged, refusal of the package, or neglecting to note after 2 days any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process will be treated as a warranty claim and are subject to the terms and conditions of our warranty. The option to issue a return label/call tag is at the discretion of GLM Displays for any warranty or claim situation and any product outside of 48 hours will not have the option for a return label/call tag.
GLM Displays reserves the right to request documentation in the form of photos, copies of packing slips and the like to ensure the issue is resolved promptly. "Standard questions" may also be asked in order to provide accurate and timely customer service. Failure to provide the necessary information requested by a GLM Displays Representative may delay the claim process. An RMA/Case number may be issued depending on the warranty/claim. This number must be used in regards to all correspondence with the issue and adhered to any packaging sent to GLM Displays for assessment. Failure to adhere RMA/Case information to a package will delay the claim/warranty process.
Returns
Should you need to return a product due to order cancellation or any reason other than a warranty matter, GLM Displays reserves the right to carry out a full inspection of the product before accepting the return. All returns of this nature must be noted to a GLM Displays Representative 72 hours after receipt of the product and are susceptible to a 25% restocking fee/charge. Outbound shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping costs/fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Please Note: Regarding hard shipping cases - the hard shipping cases carried by GLM Displays are designed for specific products. The use of hard shipping cases for products not designed for or confirmed to fit within a shipping case is solely the responsibility of the customer. Returns due to sizing issues are subject to a 25% restocking fee and the case MUST be in sellable condition, free of scuffs and abrasions. If it is not considered resellable, the refund request will be denied and the client is responsible for any return shipping cost.
GLM Displays will not accept the return of a used or custom made product or graphic. Products should be returned in the manner in which it was received. Outbound shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping costs/fees are the responsibility of the customer.
To return a product, simply contact your GLM Displays representative or call toll free 888-743-4564 for specific instructions. Returns received without prior notification risk delayed processing and additional shipping fees.
Cancellations
Order cancellations must be confirmed and approved by a GLM Displays Representative. The cancellation of a production order for which GLM Displays has produced or ordered raw materials may result in GLM Displays fully charging for materials and labor, or imposing a minimum cancellation fee of up to 50% of the purchase/sale price.
GLM Displays reserves the right to change prices or product designs as well as discontinue a product at any time without further notice. If a product is noted as defective that is a discontinued product, an exchange to an equivalent product will be offered or an upgrade to a premium product (at the discretion of GLM Displays) will be available with the customer responsible for the difference in cost.
